The Parent Company and the Product Classification were added by ICIJ.
The parent company information is based on 2017 public records. The device classification information comes from FDA’s Product Classification by Review Panel, based on matches of recall data from the U.S. and Canada.

We have received a report from a customer where uneven internal sharp edges in the carry bar channel could fray the strap in the area where the carry bar pin is inserted. this pattern of fray would occur as the carry bar is spun around for swiveling.
