The parent company information is based on 2017 public records. The device classification information comes from FDA’s Product Classification by Review Panel, based on matches of recall data from the U.S. and Canada.

Potential for a small metal protective cover on the bottom side of the control handle for the ceiling suspension is missing. this exposes electrically live parts on the printed circuit board of the control handle to the potential for direct contact. the live voltage is small (25 volts) but is a deviation from the iec standard 60601-1.
