On 2/12/2016 during a destructive investigation of the crutch tips on revomed crutches it was discovered that a limited number of lots of crutches had issues concerning the tips on the crutches which are the parts of the crutches that attach to the bottom of the metal portion and touch the ground when the user walks with the crutches.
