The overall sizes of newer bc hammock mesh slings (medium) manufactured in the united states was smaller compared to older bc hammock mesh slings manufactured in canada. the investigation revealed that the pattern that was being used in the united states to cut the fabric of the slings was not 1:1 and therefore the overall sizes of the slings became approximately 80% of the correct length and width dimensions of the sling.
