The pins on the carry bar connection points are secured using 2 different strengths of loctite at point of manufacture. it is possible that if the "tightness" of the screws was checked by a service technician using tools that the integrity of the loctite has been compromised. as a result they are proposing to change the procedure to removing the pin for inspection and ensuring that loctite 243 is used when replacing the screw.
