The care map in this incident was used to chart the administration of the hepatitis b vaccine for a patient. it was found that after completion of the first order in the care map (i.E. administration of the vaccine) the next administration of the vaccine was showing up as requiring same day as the first administration instead of after 120 days that was inputted in the schedule.
