The parent company information is based on 2017 public records. The device classification information comes from FDA’s Product Classification by Review Panel, based on matches of recall data from the U.S. and Canada.

It was noticed that the upc (bar code) on the individual pack of this product is wrong. a new batch of blister backer cards were used for production from aug 10 2016. these new batch of cards had the upc code as 063636004705 instead of 063636004606. the rest of the labelling including the item number (ps460) is correct.
