The parent company information is based on 2017 public records. The device classification information comes from FDA’s Product Classification by Review Panel, based on matches of recall data from the U.S. and Canada.

We have identified an unusual condition under which the e series bls defibrillator can display a shock advised message but not auto-charge the defibrillator. failure to auto-charge the defibrillator could delay delivery of therapy.
