  • 원인
    Stryker received one report of a fatality from a customer in which it was stated that the neptune rover was connected to a passive chest drainage tube post- operatively. post- operative passive drainage is clinically known to be a low suction application. connecting the neptune rover (a high vacuum/high flow device), instead of using a post-operating low suction application, may result patient haemorrhaging.
